Hey there!
I am a classically trained Chef, recipe developer and professional food stylist. If it involves food, you can find my obsessing over it! I specialize in alternative diets, specifically gluten free and low FODmap. Having celiacs disease and a list of environmental and food related allergies myself, I am very passionate about my bodies relationship with food and helping teach the beauty I see EVEN within the given limitations to others. Edible art is what I see when food is in front of me, whether I am eating it, styling it, writing about it or teaching someone to prepare a meal for themselves. I pride myself on my knowledge of all things food and cooking related; the latest trends in styling and recipes that are capturing the world’s eye. I am passionate about the art I produce and release into the world. I bring that passion with me everywhere I go!
My Life currently looks like...
a giant mountain of never-ending laundry the size of Kilimanjaro. You'll find me running after my kids at the park, planning our next dream trip with my partner, while mapping out my next project in my head and playing with our two dogs on the weekends-- ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
Working mom-life: IYKYK.
Then living that sweet 8-5 studio set life during the week; styling, cooking, recipe developing--you name it. I can (usually) do it.
